Cajun's love their meats grilled on their bar-b-que pits. Make up a batch of this marinade and you will not need any steak sauce after this marinade!
The ingredients in this recipe is for a "per pound of meat".
Ingredients
For each pound of meat being grilled prepare
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp Italian Dressing
2 tbsp orange juice
1/2 tsp minced garlic
4 dashes cayenne pepper
5 dashes salt
3 dashes onion powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a zip lock bag with meat and set in refrigerator over night. Take out one hour before you plan on grilling to let meat temperature move up to room temperature.
