Ingredients
2 pounds squash
1 can cream of chicken
1 small carton sour cream
1 large carrot grated
1 package cornbread stuffing mix
1 stick melted oleo or butter
1 onion cut fine
8 ounces grated sharp cheese
Directions
Cook squash until tender in salt water. Drain well. Add all other ingredients except stuffing mix and oleo. Add melted oleo to stuffing mix. Put half of stuffing mix into squash mixture. Save other half to top casserole with. Put squash mixture into buttered casserole dish. Put other half of stuffing on top of mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 9x14 dish.
