Easy dip for parties or snacks.
Ingredients
1 package chopped spinach
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp jalapenos seeded and chopped fine
1 jar artichokes (small) or small can
choice of dip crackers
Directions
Defrost spinach and squeeze excess water. Mix ingredients in glass bowl, cover with saran wrap and heat in microwave to melt cheese. Serve hot with crackers.
