A fast and easy rich delicious meal all in one. Greens, meat, dairy all in one meal without needing side dishes. Enjoy!

Ingredients
8 ounces thickly sliced deli ham coarsely chopped or leftover holiday ham 1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot 1 1/2 cup 6 oz shredded Swiss cheese, divided or a finely shredded mozzarella and parmesan mixed
1 package 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and well drained 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves pressed 2 packages 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Chop ham and onion and finely chop the carrot. Grate cheese if not already shredded. In a bowl, combine the ham, onion, carrot, 1-1/4 cups of the cheese, 8-10 ounces of spinach (your choice depending on how much you like spinach), mayonnaise and pressed garlic; mix well.

Unroll crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles, slightly overlapping in a circle on a large round Baking Stone or Pizza Pan with the wide ends 4 inches from edge of baking stone. Points will extend off the edge of the baking stone. Using a rolling pin, roll the wide ends of dough toward the center to create a 5-inch opening.

Spoon the spinach mixture evenly over dough in a continuous circle. Bring points of triangles up over filling and tuck under dough at center to form a ring. The filling will show but is OK. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve a light dessert as this dish is very rich.
