Spinach-Artichoke-Crab Casserole

Cook Time:30 minutes
Ready In:1 hour, 0 minutes
This is a wonderful party or wedding dip. Serve in a hollowed out sour-dough bread with chips or minature bread pieces.
 
Ingredients
1 stick butter 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
1 large can artichokes 6 ounces cream cheese
2 small cans crabmeat 1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
salt and pepper to taste  
 
Directions
Cook spinach as directed. Drain well. Place back in pan with cream cheese and mix well.

Saute onions in butter.

Mix all together the above and remaining ingredients. Place in the casserole dish after seasoning.

Stir some Parmesan cheese into the casserole and sprinkle the remaing cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Scale this recipe to servings.
