At 81 my Dad was still cooking for himself. This was one of his favorites that he prepared often. Also great for the Bird Flu season or anytime comfort food is needed.

| Ingredients |
| 1 can chicken broth |
1/2 cup onion chopped |
| 1/2 cup celery |
1/2 cup bell pepper |
| 2 cans tomato sauce small |
1 can Veg-all mixed vegetables |
| 1 small can corn |
1/2 cup carrots |
| 1/2 pound stew meat or round steak cubed |
water |
| Lite salt |
black pepper |
| 1 tbsp oil |

| | | Directions | | In a medium stockpot, add the oil and brown the onion, bell pepper, and celery. Add all the remaining ingredients. Also for each opened can of vegetable and tomato sauce, fill with water and add to the soup. Add lite salt and black pepper to taste. Cook over low heat for 2 hours. |
