A quick and easy candy for your holiday baking. It is so easy my children were allowed to make this (with my help).

Ingredients
2 packages 13 oz butterscotch morsels 2 cans chow mien noodles
1 large can salted peanuts

Directions
Melt the butterscotch morsels. The easy way to do this without scorching the morsels is to put the morsels in one pot then place the pot into another pot that has water heating in it; hence double boiler.

After the morsels have melted drop the noodles and peanuts in and stir. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper that has been slightly buttered or use parchment paper. Absolutely wonderful. If there are any left store in an airtight container.

Scale this recipe to servings.
