From the author: "The perfect compliment to a rib eye with a baked potato and salad. We have come to enjoy this with other dishes as well."
Ingredients
1 container of fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 or 2 pats of margarine
1 medium onion sliced thin
Tabasco Soy Sauce
Directions
In a heavy skillet over medium heat, melt margarine and add onions.
Stir and cook until the onions have wilted. Add the mushrooms cooking for another 20 minutes. Garlic powder could be added to enhance the flavor. Add soy sauce stirring well until heated. Serve over your meat or as a side.
