This dish is very fast and really tasty. It is a dish for the whole family. I serve it with garlic bread and a green salad.
Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp
1/2 stick butter
fresh garlic to your taste
1/2 cup chopped red, yellow, and green bell peppers
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup chopped onions

1 can Mexican Rotel
1 can cream of shrimp
1 cup half and half
1 cup whole style corn
1 can black beans optional
6 cups cooked rice
Directions
In a large saucepan add shrimp and butter with all the seasonings; saute for 10 minutes. Add the rotel, cream of shrimp, half and half, corn and black beans and cook for 20 minutes. Mix with rice and serve.
