Tony Chachere, one of the great king of seasonings, posted this recipe in his Cajun Country Cookbook. Great with either shrimp or crawfish.
 
Ingredients
10 ounces olive oil 5 ounces vinegar
1 7 1/2 oz jar Dijon Mustard or Creole Mustard 5 tbsp ketchup
5 tbsp fresh horseradish 5 cloves garlic minced fine
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce salt to taste
 
Directions
Blend the ingredients as listed. (Chill to let the flavors meld.)

Serve over boiled shrimp on a bed of shredded lettuce.
