An easy dish to prepare directly in your rice cooker. Taste like it took all day to prepare.

Ingredients

2 cups uncooked rice

1 can beef broth

1 onion chopped fine

1 bell pepper chopped

1 can 4 oz mushrooms and broth

1 stick margarine

1 pound shrimp cleaned and devined

salt, pepper, garlic powder and Tony's Chachere's to taste

Directions

Mix all in your rice cooker. Stir once in the cooking process. When the bell goes off the meal is done. How easy can it get?
