Quick and easy Cajun Dish. Cooked in one easy step right in your rice cooker. AKA Rice Cooker (Hitachi) Seafood. Great tasting!!!

Ingredients
1 pound Shrimp or Crawfish 1 onion, medium
1 bell pepper, medium 1 onion tops & parsley small bunch
1 1/2 cup washed rice 1 can Campbell's Beef Broth
1 can sliced mushrooms drained 1 stick margarine

Directions
Mix all together and season to taste. Add the same amount of water to the rice pot as rice. In this case, add 1 1/2 cups of water. Cook in a rice cooker for 35-45 minutes. Do not open or stir.

As an alternative, you could also add 1/2 pound crab meat to the mixture.
