Sauté onions, pepper and green onion in butter until soft. While sautéing the veggies, boil the pasta according to package directions. Add the flour and the shrimp- crawfish-chicken. Cook 15 minutes or until the meat turns pink or the chicken is cooked. Add the cheese and milk and cook 15 minutes over low to medium heat to prevent scorching; making sure the cheese is completely melted and heated thoroughly. Add the cooked noodles and serve.
