Shrimp, Crabmeat and Rice Casserole

Take me to the Mardi Gras.....Have dem throw me beads please Mister....then take me to this house.....so i can enjoy three Cajun favorites in one easy dish. Great easy dish for any family gathering or party.
 
Ingredients
1 pound shrimp cut in pieces 1 pound claw or lump crab meat
4 cups or 5 cups cooked rice 2 onions finely chopped
1 bell pepper finely chopped 1 bunch finely chopped green onions (scallions)
1 stick butter Tony's or Cajun's seasoning to taste
 
Directions
Saute onions and bell pepper with 1/2 stick of butter. Mix shrimp and crab meat and season well with Tony's Creole seasoning. Mix all above ingredients with cooked rice. Make an aluminum foil bag with heavy duty foil, or purchase a foil bag. Pour the mixture into the bag and add the other 1/2 stick butter that has been cut into small pieces. Seal bag well and place into a 375 preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with your favorite vegetable.
