My mothers recipe.
Ingredients
2 pounds Shrimp
2 cans Crab meat (2 cups)
1 cup onions chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 cup water
3 cans tomato sauce
1 can Rotel tomato
1 1/2 stick oleo/butter
salt to taste
Directions
Saute in oleo until tender, celery, onions, garlic and pepper. Add the tomato sauce, rotel tomatoes and a little ketchup and water. Cook 30 minutes add shrimp & crabmeat and cook 20 or 30 minutes more. Serve over rice.
