| Ingredients |
| 1 cup chopped onions |
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper |
| 1/2 cup chopped green onion |
1/2 cup oil |
| 1 pound shrimp, peeled & deveined |
1 small can tomato paste |
| 3 cups water and salt & pepper to taste |
2 cans 16 oz whole corn |

| | | Directions | In a 4 quart stockpot add the oil and cook the onions, bell pepper, and green onion until tender; add the tomato paste and cook for 5 to 10 minutes longer. Add the corn, water, salt and pepper; cook on a medium heat approximately 30 minutes. Add shrimp and continue to cook until the shrimp are done approxinmately 10 minutes..add more water if necessary. For a taste variety, add a lttle bit (1 or 2 tablespoon) of liquid crab boil.
