One of the fastest ways to make "praw lines" for your holiday cooking or for after services on Sunday!
Ingredients
4 cups pecans
4 cups sugar
1 can condensed milk
3/4 can of water
1/2 stick oleo or butter
Directions
Combine in a medium quartpan or teflon coated pan, the sugar, condensed milk and water. Cook until the mixture starts to boil. Stir and continue to boil for 12 minutes. Remove off heat source and add the 1/2 stick of oleo and pecans. Combine well and drop onto wax paper or parchment paper. Let the pralines stand until set. Once the pralines set, it is a good idea to store them in an air-tight container with wax paper between each layer.
