Makes: 8 servings
Prep Time:35 minutes
Cook Time:45 minutes
Ready In:1 hour, 20 minutes
A great breakfast or brunch dish prepared the day before. Wonderful before or after Mass or church services.
 
Ingredients
1 pound Hot Jimmy Dean Sasuage 4 slices white or wheat bread cubed
1 cup grated cheddar cheese 8 eggs
2 cups milk 1 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard  
 
Directions
Cook sasuage until crumbly and drain off grease.

Layer the bread, sasuage and cheese in a 9X13 baking dish.

Combine in a separte bowl the eggs, milk, salt, and mustard.
Pour the egg mixture into the layer baking dish.

Prepare the day before needed or cover and let set for 12 hours in refrigerator before cooking.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10 (more if smaller servings) and is great for a brunch before or after services.
