Ready In:1 hour, 20 minutes
This dish is similar to dirty rice and is a favorite of our family every holiday.
 
Ingredients
1 roll hot sausage 1 large chopped onion
1 medium chopped bell pepper 1 cup chopped celery
1 clove of garlic minced 1 can cream of mushroom
2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can water
1 cup raw rice or 3 cups cooked  
 
Directions
Brown sausage in a large pot; add vegetables and sauté until tender. Add soups and water; mix well. Stir in 1 cup uncooked rice or 3 cups cooked. Transfer to a large casserole size pan. Cover with foil and cook in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes to brown the top.
