Leftover baked ham from the holidays? Use this easy put together recipe and there will not be any waste; just great compliments. "Waste not - Want not"
Ingredients
2 cups ground ham (baked ham preferably)
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp horseradish (optional)
black pepper to taste
Directions
Using a food processor, grind up the ham. In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients well and refrigerate in a closed container.
Serve with bread as a sandwich; for extra taste add a slice of Swiss Cheese.
