Makes: 6 - 8 servings
Prep Time:20 minutes
Cook Time:30 minutes
Ready In:50 minutes
A great way to turn leftover rice into a quick dessert.
 
Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice 1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk 2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp butter  
 
Directions
Mix all ingredients together; pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Scale this recipe to servings.
