1 cup trinity - mixed onion, bell pepper and celery
fresh mushrooms
meat of your choice
oil for sauteing
Directions
In a medium saucepan add the oil and saute the onion, bell pepper, and celery until wilted. Add the roux to the mixture until heated thoroughly; add the jar of Ragu sauce to the mixture. Heat until hot, add your meat to the mixture and serve over spaghetti.
