A great recipe if you are teaching little ones to bake. Fast, easy and delicious! Save a few calories and use reduced calorie Jif peanut butter.
Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and roll into 1 to 2 inch balls. Put on cookie sheet and press down with a fork. Bake 350 degrees 10 to 12 minutes.
