A simple quick and easy cornbread for your favorite cornbread dressing or Steen's syrup.
Ingredients
1 package Jiffy Cornbread Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk as on box
1/4 cup jalapena pepper and a little juice
1/2 cup cream style corn
1 onion grated or chopped
8 slices Velvetta or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients; do not overbeat. Pour into a 9x9 pan that has been sprayed or oiled. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
