Simple and easy recipe with a different flare for flavor of the traditional cookie. If you close your eyes when you eat them, there are no carbs or calories; just sweet memories of the days when Mom baked these for us.
Ingredients
1 cup softened butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups crushed plain thin or ridged potao chips
1 package 16 oz butterscotch morsels
1 tsp pure vanilla
Directions
Cream butter and sugar together; add the eggs and mix well. Stir in vanilla, chips and morsels. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Authors note: I use parchment paper to line my pans but not necessary. Cook these for your brownie troop and ask that they guess the magic ingredient of the potato chip.
