Pork, the other white meat, is so wonderful and easy to cook. Now if you had to kill the pig and start from scratch, I am not so sure that we could call it easy!

Ingredients
4- 5 seasoned pork chops 2 seasoned sliced potatoes
1 sliced onion 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup

Directions
Spray 9xl3 baking pan with pam.

Lay sliced potatoes in bottom of pan, then place sliced onions
on top of potatoes, finally place pork chops over onions.
With a spoon spread soup over pork chops Using soup can put about l/2 can of water and pour over the top of the mixture.

Cover and cook about l l/2 hrs at 350 degrees.

Chicken, the other white meat, can also be used.
