Pork, the other white meat, is so wonderful and easy to cook. Now if you had to kill the pig and start from scratch, I am not so sure that we could call it easy! |

| Ingredients |
| 4- 5 seasoned pork chops |
2 seasoned sliced potatoes |
| 1 sliced onion |
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup |

| | | Directions | Spray 9xl3 baking pan with pam.
Lay sliced potatoes in bottom of pan, then place sliced onions
on top of potatoes, finally place pork chops over onions.
With a spoon spread soup over pork chops Using soup can put about l/2 can of water and pour over the top of the mixture.
Cover and cook about l l/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
Chicken, the other white meat,can also be used.
