Ingredients
1 package Pistachio pudding 1 large 15 oz unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 cup small marshmallows1/2 1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 large tub of Cool Whip Crust
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/4 cup brown sugar 1 cup flour
 
Directions
Prepare crust by combining the margarine, brown sugar, and flour. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir occasionaly as it burns easily. Pat about 1/2 inch thick in a 9x12 pan. The remainder will be sprinkled on top of the pudding.
In a separate bowl combine the pudding, pineapple, marshmallows, and nuts. Fold in the tub of Cool Whip. Pour into the prepared pan and garnish with the remaining crust crumbs.

Scale this recipe to servings.
