This mold is delicious....You can dress it up with fruits and cherries around the mold. I serve it for the holidays - great holiday dish.

Ingredients
2 3 oz package lemon jello 2 cups hot water
1 large can crushed pineapple 2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions
In a medium to large glass bowl, dissolve jello in hot water. Cool slightly ; add the rest of the ingredients.

Pour into a 1 1/2 quart Pam sprayed mold . Let stand overnight.

Invert unto a serving platter and decorate as you wish. Putting a piece of lettuce under the mold as a decorative garnishment works well.

Scale this recipe to servings.
