Prep Time:30 minutes
Cook Time:45 minutes
Ready In:1 hour, 15 minutes
This is one of the more classic and simple Cajun cakes.
 
Ingredients
1 cans crushed pineapple No 2 size 1 stick oleo
2 eggs 2 cups sugar
2 tsp soda 2 cups flour
 
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the oleo (margarine or butter), sugar, eggs and pineapple.

Add the remaining dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Pour into a well greased and floured 9X13 pan. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Scale this recipe to servings.
