The dish's name is spelled correctly. This is tasty shortcut to the original Pub food recipe via cajun style.

Ingredients
1 can mixed vegetables 1 onion chopped
1 package Brown Gravy Mix 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cans biscuits 1 1/2 pound ground chuck
1 tbsp oil water

Directions
Preheat oven for the biscuit temperature.

Put oil in a medium saucepan and brown the ground meat and onions together.

Add brown gravy mix and combine well.

To the mixture add the can of mixed vegetables and potatoes. Add enough water to make a stew consistency. Cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Add water as needed.

Pour into a 8X8 casserole dish and line biscuits on top. Cook in oven following the biscuit baking instructions or until biscuits are cooked and brown.

Scale this recipe to servings.
