In this recipe you find that peanut butter is not just for PB&J sandwiches. These cookies require no baking just like the PB&J sandwiches.
These make great Christmas candy gifts. |

| Ingredients |
| 1 cup margarine or butter |
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter |
| 1/2 cup chopped peanuts |
1 cup flaked coconut |
| 2 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers |
1 tsp vanilla |
| 1 box powdered sugar (1 pound) |
1 package 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips |
| 2/3 cup grated paraffin |
|
|
| |
| Directions |
Melt margarine. Add the other ingredients except the chocolate and paraffin. Mix well and make small balls walnut size or smaller. Wearing plastic gloves help make the rolling easier.
Melt the chocolate and paraffin in a double boiler over hot water. Using two forks, dip the balls into the chocolate. Place on wax paper or parchment to dry. |
