Prep Time:	45 minutes
Cook Time:	30 minutes
Ready In:	1 hour, 15 minutes

On a hot summer day during peach season, try making this delight.

Ingredients

4 cups fresh crushed peaches

1 1/2 cup sugar

1 pint Half & Half

1 quart milk

1 tbsp vanilla

1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Fresh peeled peaches can be processed in a blender or food processor.

Put in large bowl and add the sugar. Combine and let stand 1/2 hour.

Add and combine the rest of the ingredients.

Freeze in ice cream freezer per directions (best way) or in ice trays in the ice box freezer.
