| Ingredients |
| 5 tbsp minced onions |
1 1/2 cup chopped celery |
| 1/4 cup butter |
3 quarts French bread crumbs |
| 4 tsp chopped parsley |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
| 1 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
| 2 dozen oysters chopped |
1 cup turkey stock |
| 1/2 cup ground cooked gizzards |
| |
| | | Directions | In a medium saucepan, saute onion and celery in butter until tender, about 8 minutes.
Add bread cubes which have been moistened in water, parsley, salt, pepper, chopped oysters and stock with ground gizzard. Mix and heat thoroughly.
Remove from heat, add the eggs and mix well. Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake in 350 degrees F. oven for 30 minutes.
