This noodle seafood casserole is rich and so tasteful. Great for those special holiday meals or any time meals. Serve this to your guest for Christmas parties or any dinner party where you are sure to get rave reviews about the meal you serve. |

| Ingredients |
| 2 pounds crawfish or shrimp |
2 sticks oleo or margarine or butter |
| 3 onions chopped |
2 bell pepper chopped |
| 3 stalks celery chopped |
3 garlic cloves minced fine |
| 4 tbsp parsley chopped fine |
1/4 cup flour |
| 1 pint half and half |
1 pound jalapeno cheese |
| 12 ounces egg noodles |

| | | Directions | In medium saucepan, saute onions, bell pepper, and celery in butter. Add the parsley, garlic and crawfish (shrimp) and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the flour, half and half and cheese. Simmer for 30 minutes. While simmering prepare the noodles according to package directions.
Add the prepared noodles, mix thoroughly and enjoy. |
