MawMaw was told that this was the secret dish that wooed this happy lady into marriage. The author also adds that "PS - This is a famous and expensive New Orleans dish that you serve as is with crusty French bread and use the juice w/butter as the dip". A special note to Al and Debbie - Thanks for the dance!"

Ingredients
fresh shrimp with or without heads Worcestershire sauce
yellow or Vidalia onions sliced thinly Season All seasoning mix
crushed garlic 3 tbsp butter or 1/3 of an 8 tbsp stick

Directions
Start with the largest bowl that will fit in your microwave

Layer as many shrimp as you can with or without the heads in the bowl in a single layer. Try not to have any shrimp on top of each other. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and layer the top of the shrimp with a sliced onion. The author favors yellow or Vidalia onions.

Season with Season All seasoning mix and do not be afraid to be generous.

Add a nice amount of crushed garlic (your call but this is the part that makes the dish).

Cover tightly and cook on high three minutes

Carefully check to make sure they are cooking evenly; stir if necessary

Cook another 3 to 3 1/2 minutes Let sit for a couple of minutes and serve over pasta.

Note you can add a third of a stick of butter to give it a really rich taste- Experiment and Enjoy!

Walla (Voila)! Boiled gourmet shrimp with almost no mess in the kitchen.
