Makes: 10 servings
Prep Time:25 minutes
Cook Time:35 minutes
Ready In:1 hour, 0 minutes
This will take ordinary brownie mix to the next bayou.
 
Ingredients
1 package (2l.5) brownie mix 6 ounces chopped pecans or walnuts
2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla
1 cup Cool Whip 8 oz 1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup white chocolate chips  
 
Directions
In large bowl mix cool whip, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Stir in brownie mix just until moistened. Stir in nuts and then spread into a greased 9"xl3" baking pan, sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30-40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake. Cool and slice; put the coffee on, then call me.
