Pralines (Praw-lins), sweet pecan candies, made for Cajun and Creole children. I loved it in the fall, the air had a special smell and the pecan would dance in the wind until they fell on the ground not far from our pot. Well actually sometimes we found a big stick and threw it into the branches so the pecans would fall to the ground. |
