| Ingredients |
| Meatloaf |
1 egg |
| 1 cup bread crumbs |
2 small cans tomato sauce |
| 1 onion finely chopped |
11/2 pound ground meat |

| Sauce |
1/2 cup water |
| 3 tbsp brown sugar |
2 tbsp prepared mustard |
| 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce |

| | | Directions | Mix meat, bread crumbs, onion, beaten egg, salt and pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Form into loaf and put into a lightly greased shallow 7X10 inch pan.
For sauce combine all remaining ingredients using the remainder of the tomato sauce and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Baste occasionally. |
