Ingredients

1 pound ground round

1 bell pepper chopped

3 jalapeno diced (optional)

3/4 cup bread crumbs made from seasoned salad croutons

2 tsp salt

1 egg

1 onion chopped fine

1 tbsp each Worcestershire sauce and horseradish (optional)

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 cup milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into a loaf and wrap bacon on top and side of loaf. In a shallow baking pan, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
