Cook Time:1 hour, 15 minutes
Ready In:1 hour, 25 minutes
Here is a dish for your "meat and potato" kids. You can't go wrong with meatloaf. It goes great with mashed potatoes and gravy.
 
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound ground meat 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 onion, finely chopped 1 egg
2 small cans tomato sauce 1/2 cup water
3 tbsp vinegar 3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp mustard 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper  
 
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 can of the tomato sauce. Form into a loaf and put into a 7x10 inch loaf pan.

For sauce, combine all remaining ingredients, using the remainder
of the tomato sauce. Pour over the meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Baste occasionally.

Scale this recipe to servings.
