Cajun Made Bar-Be-Que Sauce

Honey Bear Barbque move over - you have competetion! A delicious old fashion homemade bar-be-que sauce; use on ribs, chicken, hamburgers or any type meat you want to have bar-b-que sauce on! Delicious to for sandwiches.
 
Ingredients
10 large onions 2 garlic
1 quart Mazola Corns Oil 1 stick celery
1/2 large bell pepper 1/2 cup Worchestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 or 2 lemons sliced
2 small cans Hunts Tomato sauce 1/2 bottle 28 oz. Hunts Catchup
3 tbsp mustard 3/4 cup brown sugar
satl to taste  
 
Directions
Chop onions and garlic, saute'in a large Magnalite pot, with Mazola oil. Sautee for 2 hours. Add chopped celery and bell pepper and cook for another hour. Add all remaining ingredients and cook for an additional 2 hours. Salt to taste, stirring occasionally. After cooking place into clean quart jars and seal with new lids. Recommended Sides Serve with pork, chicken, beef or your favorite meat off the bar-be-que pit.
Makes delicious sandwiches.
