This recipe calls for corn flakes, but I have made with any other left over cereal I had in my pantry.
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
6 cups corn flakes
12 ounces butterscotch chips
Directions
Over medium heat, bring sugar and syrup to a boil. Stir in peanut butter. Remove from heat and pour over cornflakes. Mix well, then pack into a 9x13 cake pan that has been greased with butter. Melt butterscotch chips in microwave and spread evenly on top of cereal mixtures. Cool completely and cut into bars.
