Such a light and refreshing dessert especially during the holiday season and Sunday dinner or Lenten Season. "Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia." (Charles Schultz)
 
Ingredients
1 small package lime jello 1 cup boiling water
1 small can evaporated milk (5 1/2oz) 1 small carton cottage cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple 1/2 cup chopped almonds, walnuts or pecans
1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 
Directions
Dissolve lime jello in one cup boiling water. Let the mixture cool then mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into an 8x8 dish and chill.
