A classic school house cookie recipe. |

| Ingredients |
| 1 pound butter |
1/2 pound powdered sugar |
| 1 1/4 pound flour |
9 eggs |
| 1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup reconstitued lemon juice |

| | | Directions | Mix together butter, powdered sugar, and flour until crumbly. Pat dough in a 18x26x1 pan. Prick holes in the dough with a fork.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until a very light brown.
In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar and flour. Gradually add the lemon juice. Mix well and pour over the hot crust.
Return to the 350 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes or until firm to the touch.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot. Cut into 21/4 X 23/5 pieces.
