Makes:	6 servings
Prep Time:	10 minutes
Cook Time:	30 minutes
Ready In:	40 minutes

Ingredients

1 1/2 pound ground beef

1 medium onion chopped

1 can lima beans

1/2 cup washed rice

1/2 cup water

salt, black pepper, red pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium to large skillet, brown the ground meat and remove any fat.

Add the chopped onions and saute with the meat.

Add the can of lima beans, rice and water.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stirring every 5 minutes, cook until rice is done. Add more moisture if necessary.

Recommended Sides Serve with bread and butter.
