Ingredients
Yum Yum Cake Ingredients 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs 1/4 cup oil
1 box yellow cake mix (author prefers pineapple cake mix) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Topping 5 ounces can milk
1 stick butter (8 tbsp) 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup coconut 1 small vanilla pudding box
1 cream cheese 8 oz 1 small Cool Whip
1 can crushed, pineapple (drained)  
 
Directions
CAKE - Mix and combine the cake mix, can pineapple, eggs and oil. Pour into a sheet pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Just before the cake is done make your topping.
Topping - Combine milk, butter & sugar; melt in a sauce pan and bring ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat and add pecans and coconut. Mix in the pudding mix, cream cheese and cool
whip together; pour over cake, then spread the drained pineapple over that. You can also add coconut over the pineapple if you wish.
