Need an idea for brunch, lunch, party or holiday - this works. Goes great with chili too.
Ingredients
1 can cream style corn
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp chopped jalapenos
1 box jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix cornbread as directed on box. Fold in the onions, jalapenos, cheese and corn into the mix. Pour into a 2 quart casserole buttered dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
