Author's Note: A wonderful authentic recipe. The Salsa taste just like it does in the really good (finer) restaurants! The servings depend on how much salsa one eats. Editor's Note: Serve this up at the next Super Bowl Party.....or any family gathering or wedding. Salsa is a wonderful addition to the the Cajun culture. Many Cajun cooks are adding salsa to their dishes or eating it straight up!

Ingredients
2 cans 28 ounce of whole tomatoes 1/2 bunch fresh Cilantro
2 fresh Jalapenos 1/2 bunch fresh Green Onions
1 tsp garlic powder (you can add more to taste) 1 tsp salt

Directions
In a food processor or a blender add 1 can tomatoes, chopped cilantro, chopped jalapeno, garlic powder, and salt. Run until finely chopped but not pureed.

Put in container, add the other can to the blender/food processor and do the same.

Chop green onions and add to mixture. Mix and serve. Best if used within a week. Enjoy!

Recommended Sides Fresh baked flour tortillas. Yum Yum
