Get your rice cooker out tonight and cook up a meal that will be dynomite. One of our visitor wrote - " I used ground beef, and instead of Tony's Seasoning I used Cajun Spice and a couple of dashes of hot sauce, and I used the crock pot as I don't have a rice cooker, put it on high for 2 hours, and then low to keep it hot. " I will definitly make again/
Ingredients
1 pound boneless stew meat
Tony's Seasoning
1/2 cup green onions
1 bell pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 can french onion soup
1/2 stick butter
1 cup water
Directions
Season the stew meat. Brown the meat in a lightly buttered pan. Remove and set aside.
Remove fat and reserve 2 tablespoon in the skillet. Saute the onion, bell pepper, and green onions and cook until tender.
Combine all the ingredients in a rice cooker and place to cook. Stir once after the cooking process has started. Serve with fresh bread and salad. Great and filling meal!
