Makes:
Prep Time:30 minutes
Cook Time:1 hour, 20 minutes
Ready In:1 hour, 50 minutes
My friend Theresa gave me this easy jambalaya.
 
Ingredients
1 can onion soup 1 can mushroom soup
1 pound ground meat 2 garlic cloves
1/2 large chopped bell pepper 1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup green onions chopped 2 ribs celery chopped
1 cup raw rice salt to taste
 
Directions
Mix all ingredients add the raw rice last.

Bake in a greased 8x8 pan; 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
